Link to Windows - Update Fails on my Samsung S21 (Android 12) and the galaxy store just shows as "Installed" with no update option.

Its not a new issue. This issue already exists in this below post for Samsung S10 in 2019. I am very much disappointed that they didn't ensure this in all their updates.

Make sure both apps are updated on PC and on your phone.

I do t have issues with my s21 Ultra.

Also if you have Android 12 I highly recommend a Wipe cache and repair apps in the same menu.
