Lag after unlock

Anyone else noticed a lag on their phone sometimes when you unlock it? It's not all the time, but every now and then. I tend to find it gets quite laggy when using Spotify as well

this happens when ever i unlock my phone. i don't use Spotify but i think it started after the security update

I think I found a solution to the issue, go to settings > Battery and device care > battery > More battery settings > Processing Speed

Change to High then test the unlock lag, should have vanished. Now the weird thing is, change it back to optimised, and the phone stays fixed...
