Klarna early repayment S20+ upgrade program trade in

Hi guys I'm currently on the upgrade program through Klarna I have £595.10 left to pay however I am trying to pay this amount using the instuctions provided by klarna which is to send payment to the given sort code and account no. witht the provided reference, but it keeps bouncing back I have tried twice now so  they told me to contact my bank as my bank may be blocking it however my bank tells me that nothing has been blocked as far as they know so now im very lost as klarna is also confused on top of that i need to make sure this phone is fully paid for as i am going to trade it in with the samsung trade in and i have read you cant send in a phone that is under th eupgrade program so i made this post as maybe someone has gone through this before and is able to provide help

Hi,
I'm currently going through the same process of paying of my S20 Ultra. I have sent a 'Test' payment of £50 to make sure it all works correctly before I commit to the full amount.

Haven't encountered any issue so far, just waiting for Klarna to confirm the transaction. I have sent the money from my Halifax account just FYI. I'll post back here with any progress either way.

yep me too i sent the full amount from my Halifax, it went through but then next day i checked my balance and it had come back into my account so weird

maybe if jamiegrice could give you the klarna sort and account number he used, you can compare this with your information. if there is a difference, would suggest you speak to klarna about this difference in their account numbers.

that's the same info I've been given, hmm how long has it been since the payment has gone through and also to confirm did you do

name: Klarna Bank AB? and did you tick paying a business

I sent the payment yesterday (Saturday) so expecting some development either way during the week. The only other information I was given, was a reference number to match my personal account.

yep i was also given a reference number, hopefully yours doesn't bounce back tomorrow if it doesn't then I'd be confident it's gone through and you'll be fine. I've just spoken to Klarna cs and it's now been escalated to specialist team who will reply tomorrow
