Great pic. I have the same phone. Can I ask if your screen goes off everytime your in a poor lit room. It's driving me crazy now. I've had it a week and when I cover the top of my screen or if I'm in a dark room my screen goes off until I'm in a brighter place. The screen doesn't lock it just goes blank and displays the date and time. Have u got this issue ????

i think you are using auto brightness so please change it to manually
and also check your eye comfort is on or not if its on then also try to turn it off please 🤟

I've changed the brightness and I've just changed the eye comfort nothing has worked. Does your phone not do this?
