Hey @WBENSTOCK, have you checked for any updates for the Twitter app? You can check this by heading to the Play Store > Tap your initial (right of the search bar) > Manage apps and device > Updates. Are you referring to the default screenshot function or a third-party app?
I also recommend clearing the cache of the Twitter app, just head to Settings > Apps > Twitter > Storage > Clear cache to do this.
