June software update

So I got fed up waiting for the update to come through on my phone. Downloaded smart switch on the laptop and funny enough the update is there. Strange how it hasn't come through on the phone itself!

Whatever it is, it randomly caused my phone to heat up. While I wasn't using it 🤔

Yes I know what the app is. I downloaded it. What I'm asking is what is the app called skmsagentservice is that caused my phone to heat and use high CPU
