Jerkiness

Basically when you put your finger to unlock your phone and you get that zooming effect it is sometime very jerky even sometimes opening and closing apps can be some. 

I'm running up-to-date software , I've tried down and power button and I've tried resetting the phone but still have the same problems I've only had these problems since the last we updated to android 12.

Try clicking on the get help button
At the bottom of the samsung members page and run a diagnostic test fingerprint scanner

It's a bug that comes and goes with the latest January update. There are a couple of threads on here about it.

Many thanks I did have a search but can't find anything about it hope it gets sorted out in a update.
