Anyone know why I can't receive texts on my new s21

First off when you put your sim in the phone did you get any configuration messages from your network supplier? also have you tried contacting them.

not that I remember.. and only online... gonna call em Monday

try... Settings....Connections....mobile network.....access point names. make sure your phone provider is selected. that may help

@malanshep: Are you using the Google Message app? Is the issue affecting all contacts, or just certain ones? Are you still able to send messages, and make and receive calls?

yeah it's odd can send and recieve calls can send txts... spoke to my it nerd mate so cleared cache ect . nothing ... so getting virgin to send.a new sim out lol
