Issue with WhatsApp notifications while listening a voice message

Hello,

When I listen to a voice message sent by one of my contact on WhatsApp, the notifications don't stop to ring. It's insane! 

I just bought this S21 and I never experienced such a problem with my other mobiles.

Can someone help me to fix this bug?

Whatsapp is a disaster. It doesn't work well on Android 11. You will need to reach out to Whatsapp for support.

@IsabelleLondon ,Hello, try the following. Long press on the WhatsApp icon. Press ibutton / Notifications. Here you will find several switches to mute notifications according to your taste. Greetings.

Thank you @Ventor. I actually switched off 'Media playback' and no more notifications in a loop when I'm listening to a Voice message.

@IsabelleLondon ,In your case, choose the Notification category: Audio playback and set the notification to Silent, as in the attached image.
