Issue with Ui 4.0 update

I have an issue on the newest UI 4.0 update where it cuts my time off on my lock screen when it is either 11:00 or 12:00. Any time with four digits and it cuts off the last number. I'm on a s21+ and I just wanted to report it for documentation. I don't know where else to post issue or report problems.

On your phone if you just
Had the new update
