is it possible to change the notification icon/background color in notification panel?

updated my phone and i noticed the icon color/background especially for samsung apps has turned into a dark grey and doesn't match the theme i've set. i tried playing around with the settings but couldnt find anything to change the color :<

I think it maybe theme park causing the issue. Maybe a bug they need to fix. Set to default and see if its theme from theme store or theme park. Whichever one you use.
