IP68 water and dust resistance after an official repair

Will my phone still be water and dust resistant after I get a screen replacement or will the seal be broken? Or would they add a new seal?

If the repair work is carried out by an authorised Samsung Service Centre then they will ensure the ip rating of the phone is fully intact @Caliber679

If done by a proper repair centre then the water and dust resistance will be reinstated / retained as resealing of the handset after work completed will include new gasket sealant to OEM standard
