I purchased the Samsung S21 earlier this week and I am trying to submit my claim for the ear buds but stating my IMEI number is not recognised. 
Is there a wait time before you can submit a claim or any other ideas?

I'm the same with my ultra. I think it has to be after the 14 day cooling off period

Try and keep entering the imei number it happened to me tried it again and it worked

I had trouble with the IMEI I must of tried 3 or 4 times before it got accepted.

There are 2 IMEI numbers on my phone, the first didn't work but the second did when I ordered mine. Give it a go, hope it works

I had the same ,where IMEI 2 was the one that worked

Don't enter the / then 2 digits.. leave the "/" out..
