IMEI issue

So My device is with the repair team for samshng tmt repairs and they saying that my IMEI number I saying no data found and my serial number is not correct what does this mean I'm really Confused by all this

Yes it shows it but both say invalid and they can't find no data for the imei number neither the serial number is strange

Where did you get the phone ?

@benjis21: It sounds like the Serial and IMEI numbers you used to book the phone in for repair don't match the ones on the phone itself, or the numbers are not producing any results when entered into their system. Did TMT provide any steps to move this forward when they reached out to you?

They have passed ot to I am samsung head office to deal with argos won't do anything as its over 30 days since I had the device

The imei number on the phone and on back of phone and on the motherboard all match up they said but its just showing no data

And due to that it won't update to latest software either

Tmt have sent it to samsung head office and awaiting response from them that's taking ages.

What would it mean if its not producing any results I'm so confused 😐
