Imei error

Hi everyone..i just wanted to claim the free buds for s21 ultra just arrived.

The thing is..when i went to fill all the information for claim..its telling me that the imei its not correct!

How this is possible?i took the imei from the phone itself!

Can anyone help me?

I've seen posts about there being two numbers on receipts and such.

try the second number to claim. it seems to have worked for others. my order has been delayed unfortunately so I've not been able to claim mine yet

I had the same issue using IMEI 1, entered the number for IMEI 2 and the claim went through fine.

yes as these comments suggest, I used the IMEI number 2
