I'm not very happy with my s21 ultra exynos

My personal perpective about my s21 ultra exynos version after a month of using it. All the apps all the OS/system update is on the latest version right now yet my s21 ultra (exynos) are very lag especially when i opened more than 1 apps on the background. Other than that during using the camera. Sometime this phone take a couple of second before it's capturing the image/video after i hit that capture/record button. And The Image it capture even when i'am using the main camera 108mp the image color that it take sometime it's a little bit off and not vivid as i expected from a flagship smartphone of this years even with the scene optimiser is already being turn on. My friend can take a very good vivid photo and a decent portrait photo with his xiaomi mi 10t pro than my s21 ultra (exynos) and his buy it for just what like 1500.00 Ringgit Malaysia.  Not to forget the Battery are draining fast. It very frustrating samsung. please look at this matters and take immediate action like release an update to fix and improve this kind of matter or Maybe we (your dissapointed user) should choose the iPhone 12 pro max on the first place instead..

Just as a starting point please clear the phone's System Cache Files.

Clear your phone's System Cache Files by turning your phone Off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phone's System Files and clear the cache. No information is lost this way. You may need to insert your headphones or hook upto a computer with your data cable to get to this menu on the phone. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ 

You can also send feedback reports via your GetHelp Section in your Samsung Members App.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look at your phone.
