I can't lower to zero in-call volume

Hi it is so frustrsting for me that i can't control my oen phone if someone can help i would be glad when im on call i cant lower call volume to zero its on 13%

the call volume is designed to be able to hear the people on the other side during the call, which means that this cannot be lower to zero, I'm afraid.

I understanf that it's designed like that, but... i could change it to my prefences no? Is there any setting in dev options so i can change it? Cuz i had old samsung a6 and it was more comfy for me to talk
