So I have a s21 ultra and on the Samsung Members app, I am getting no benefits does anyone know why?

Imported phone's won't be able to access the Benefits Section in your Samsung Members App.

It's one of the downsides of importing a phone from another region unfortunately.

I've had the same issue with the Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G Snapdragon I imported from Hong Kong.

Now I just check the benefits section on my other Samsung phone's purchased from Samsung UK.


Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
