I am getting no benefits

So I have a s21 ultra and on the Samsung Members app, I am getting no benefits does anyone know why?

Yeah, unfortunately the benefits section does not work if you did buy from said region and there is nothing that can be done about it 😔... Sorry about the bad news!

My s10 plus is Snapdragon and doesn't come with any benefits but my Note 10 plus 5G is standard UK model and it shows all the benefits available.
