Hi @Margè  The Terms and Conditions seems to state a maximum of 24 months per Device  https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/p5/uk/trade-in-terms/2020_SC_Wearables_SEUK_TnCs_VF_15...

It can be taken out again on a New Device, in all cases must be taken out within 6 months of purchase.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Thank you @JAMES4578, I'll have to seek insurance/care somewhere else. @samsung I should be able to continue with the care, it's not a free service its something we pay for. Just my opinion.

With most people changing phone every other year ( atleast that's the trend with finance or contract options) maybe it's not feasible for them to offer it after 24 months.
Also Samsung phones seem to depreciate a lot faster.

You might be able to check with your bank of it comes bundled with your account.

I know in the UK you can.
