After few hour's testing & playing
with gos disable
i didn't feel differents for long time
I think this trick working only for few minutes 20-30 min maximum
After everything looks the same and phone is heating again 🔥.
For my opinion
If you care about your device
Don't turn off GOS
And wait for updates...

From what I've read an app from the Playstore called Alliance Shield can also do this if required.

It's not as known (downloaded) as NetGuard though!

I'm not sure @Blessed4life but as long as an app is safe i.e vetted by the Playstore and brings about the changes / customisation we want or need then go for what suits you best. 😉

When Samsung push the software update through to be able to deal with adjusting GOS or people use one of these apps to disable GOS I'm hoping we don't see many threads titled  ' my phone's getting warm after playing my game for a while. '

As far as I can tell with my Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra Exynos and Samsung Z Fold³ with SnapDragon SoC I can't see stutter or lag etc happening with the apps I use.

Both have GOS on them.

However as i've said I don't Game on my phone's.

I hear you, I'm glad alls well with your devices, but I can't say the same for everyone else, they may or may not need this information but at least it's available if they do choose to try it out.
And to be fair Samsung (may say) their going to release a fix - remember Samsung didn't tell anyone about the throttling until it was revealed by a keen eyed tech website.
(Also anyone that does follow the procedure can simply revert back to the original settings - or just search for them in disabled apps)
Worse case scenario, if Samsung do release an update a factory reset will fix any issues that might occur after, if anyone follows the procedure.

Game optimization seems good when playing games. Aswell as game booster. Why would anyone want to disable?

Glad to hear alls well with your device, it might also depend on the game being played if the phone starts throttlingor not, also quite a few people think otherwise, going by the posts, comments & YouTube videos.
I personally don't play games on my phones.
