Just got a Galaxy S21 which is eligible for the 12 months of Disney+

I've navigated all the challenges (used Chrome browser, etc.) and gotten my code, but since I have an existing Annual Disney+ subscription, it won't let me redeem the code.

I have cancelled my subscription, but it runs through to January 2023. The small print of the Boost code says that it needs to be used by November 2022.

So, how do I resolve this? Will the code work in January 2023 when my subscription runs out?

thanks

I also can't work this out.

This is in their FAQs:

But that second item makes no sense. There are no steps in the link.

Well, it helps inasmuch as it has a different deadline than the one I was shown (see the comment below showing it runs out in November 2022)

So, do I just hope the code still works come Jan 2023?

FWIW, if you have a monthly subscription you can cancel it, then use the code. But mine is an annual one and it won't run out until January!
