How to actually buy one.Samsung customer services dreadful

i ordered a S21 on the launch day.The day after I decided to upgrade the order to the model with greater memory.I telephoned and was told they would cancel my preorder then I would need to reorder.Fair enough.

Every time I try to reorder the new order is cancelled within hours.This is due to the IMEI number of my trade in phone still being on the system from the first order.I've called umpteen times and had several online chats.The problem is still not resolved.Its now looking like I'll be too late for the free gifts.

Absolutely hopeless.Useless.

who is your provider ? surely if all the calls are logged and there's a record they should honour it? keep at them

Hiya.I'm buying direct from Samsung.Its infuriating.The last advisor I spoke to gave me the details for the UK trade in department.I have to sort it myself apparently.Wonder if Apple do it like this ?
