i ordered a S21 on the launch day.The day after I decided to upgrade the order to the model with greater memory.I telephoned and was told they would cancel my preorder then I would need to reorder.Fair enough.
Every time I try to reorder the new order is cancelled within hours.This is due to the IMEI number of my trade in phone still being on the system from the first order.I've called umpteen times and had several online chats.The problem is still not resolved.Its now looking like I'll be too late for the free gifts.
Absolutely hopeless.Useless.
