As per above post one of the two IMEI should work. if not there should be an option for serial number. Send that with proof of purchase. I had same issue as you.
if you dial *#06# this will give you your imei no. then you can screen shot and send it! when it says its not recognised just delete and re-enter it until it gives you the option to upload proof. it done the same thing to me.
