hotter charging with cheap charger?

hi all, 

I've got a spare off the market kinda charger at work for emergency charging of my 21fe

....and i noticed the other day that the phone was very warm ...but today after using proper Samsung fast charger, it still felt quite cool 

.... can they be? ...id have expected it if cheap charger was faster

@danx55: Where possible I would advise against using 3rd party chargers, even if they meet the specifications required by the handset. It's possible that the wattage of your spare charger is too high, and that's why the device feels warm when it's charging, but to be on the safe side, please utilise your official charger for compatibility purposes.
