Hi everyone for the past three weeks, i have being texting my boyfriend and its hasn't come up that its being delivered or seen. Does anyone else have this problem when texting someone on Samsung S21 ultra?

Both of you need to have RCS enabled. If enabled, try disabling and re-enabling RCS.

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.
