Help?? Apps keep crashing on device

Apps keep crashing on device... Any one having a similar issue?? 

Handful of apps not all...have rebooted and cleared cache etc

I did. I can see the webview come up but I cant seem to do anything other than clear cache; which I did but that hasn't helped! Strange!

Long time Samsung mobile user but new here with my S21 5G delivered Monday!  I, too, am having these problems  but hampered by my email not working among others including Play Store  in order to download Chrome or Webview neither of which are pre-installed. What to do??
