I had the option to cancel my order through Samsung until about a week ago- They've had my money (credit card confirmed) for almost a month now and won't ship, but the cancel option has gone. Customer service did not have a shipping number and had to scramble to even acknowledge the payment.

I believe going from my past experience from buying direct from Samsung UK Online there is a short window of time to cancel via Online @DB19
After that a person would need to phone or email the Samsung Online Support Shop Department.

You can cancel your order any time before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, you will need to return your item to us after receipt.

Nope- no button to cancel. That button is gone all of the sudden as of about a week ago.
