I've had my s21 ultra for a year n recently cracked the bottom of the screen and now there's 2 green vertical lines, how do I get rid of them?

It sounds like the accidental damage to the screen has affected the internals / connections inside the phone @RichyVibin

I would suggest to visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for the phone to be assessed for repair.

As accidental damage isn't covered by Samsungs 2 year limited warranty there would be a charge levied.

I wish you all the best.  :smiling-face:

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Sounds like the screen needs replacing. Cracking the glass has damaged the screen underneath.
So you should be able to go into the support section on the Members App and contact the customer support to book a repair.
