GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES

Hi everyone if I  disable google play services will that mean the play store won't work then 

Reason is I tried to deny cerain permissions but some reason I don't know what other alternative is to stop play services running in background.

So frustrating.

Please let me know

To communicate
With it for updates
It's part of the system

And apps upto date

Cannot see anywhere a button to create a new request

Is there another play store to download apps, because I have decided to ditch google, receiving popup messages constantly from google asking me to log into my assistant, removed assistant but that did not worked, disabled the location which is not the best.

Problem with samsung is that it is all about google! I was a google fan but no more as I consider google as a pest.
