Google play services, high battery drain.

Anyone seem to be experience high battery drain from Google play services since update to android 12.

I did Jimmy's tips earlier, also wiped phone cache partition. Just have to see if it's done the trick. I factory reset before I did the update.

It's better to do a factory reset after a big update, works for me.

I had it as well but it seems to have settled a bit now.

It was either clearing phones cache partition or Jimmy's tips. But I'm happy with 0.2% Google play services battery drain today. 👍

0.2% is very very good.

I turned on protect battery this morning. So this is battery usage with it turned on. With it turned off and showing battery usage from full charge 100%, Google play service seems to still be a little higher then it usually was.
