@pedromsvo86: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue. Please can you attempt the following steps as a workaround, to see if this helps?
Delete your WiFi settings by heading to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings . Remove your SIM card > Restart your phone > Enter a PIN if prompted > Place your SIM back in the device > Allow carrier updates. Following these steps, check Samsung Pay once again.
I also recommend checking for available updates for Samsung Pay via the Galaxy Store > 3 lines in the bottom right > Updates, as well as heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Let me know how you get on.

I'm having the same problem on the Galaxy S8. The "Postcode" box only accepts numbers, but UK Postcodes are alphanumeric. Even if I copy my postcode to the clipboard and paste it in, only the numbers appear. Really hope they fix this as Samsung Pay looks like a good feature.
