Hi I just switched over to Samsung S21. Used the smart switch to transfer all my data, apps etc.  Everything moved across except all my game progress. It shows that I have played a game for x number hours etc ... but when I open games they are back at level 1. Anyone able help me as to how I can restore my progress. Thanks

did you log on the Google Play Games and sync your game play?

PS. not all games are compatible

managed to solve my problem. went back into old phone and was able to save progress via Facebook. was then able download it on new phone. phew 🙂
