Yesterday i received my new Samsung S21 FE and although almost everything from my old phone was synced through Samsung cloud my gallery videos photos and general images weren't I've lost them all. I'm unable to use my old phone to retrieve them as it's broken. Hence, I need a solution how am I able to regain my photos and videos I have already tried to regain them using one drive and Google photos but they don't have my photos or videos. How can I get them back?
