Can anyone explain how Google play now says that Samsung Gallery is no longer compatible with my S21 Ultra? It's the way we view all media. Plus it's preloaded, how come it's suddenly not compatible? Every time I open the gallery now it just crashes closed.

My Samsung Gallery app is located in the Samsung Galaxy Store , not the Playstore @Nath76

It used to be visible in Google store but now old links just say no longer compatible.

It's upgraded to 12 but the Gallery app is the same, just no longer compatible. Now I have to use Google photos to see any photos or videos. Very poor roll-out to make a key piece of the phones software non functioning. Just crashes every time now. Unusable.

Samsung have got rid of the gallery that's why it says it's no longer compatible
