Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G rattle

Hello all!

I got my SGS21U5G a week ago and would like your help since I noticed rattle when I shake it?

I wouldn't expect this on a Samsung premium device and don't know if I am the only one with this issue... 😕

Any idea what it is and what to do?

Hi,
The s21 ultra 5g probably has something lose inside. Best advice to exchange the phone.

I think it will be the optical image stabilizer on the camera module, they all rattle because it "floats" to compensate for movement. when you shake it, the camera will touch the edges and make a small sound. Nothing to worry about 🙂

mine rattled too in camera area. as above its the image stabiliser.

turn your camera on and see if it still rattles? should stop as the camera locks onto focus

I have s10 plus and mine also rattles, it's because of the camera!
