The Galaxy S21 FE is finally here, and it builds on the success of the Galaxy S20 FE by integrating the greatest elements of the Galaxy S21 phones into a phone that is more cheap and includes a lot of popular features.
We're delighted Samsung improved the screen and chipset, but we're not as enthusiastic about the same camera equipment, even if it does have some new tricks. However, we agree that this is the best smartphone camera arrangement these days: a decent primary camera, an ultrawide shooter, and a 3x telephoto lens.
Finally, we must recognize the removal of the microSD slot, which was accessible on the S20 FE, and which will undoubtedly enrage and drive away some enthusiasts, Fan edition or not.
While the S21 FE incorporates some of the greatest features from the original S21 series, the Galaxy S21 5G is currently available for less money, and the Galaxy S22 announcement is practically around the horizon. Both of these changes would place the S21 FE under a lot of competitive pressure, even within its own portfolio, so it'll be interesting to see how well it handles it.
