Galaxy S21 Series
 I have a samsung galaxy s 21 ultra and I have a pair or galaxy buds but only the left 1 connects can any 1 help  me out?

@robbo34 ,Hello, leave in the case only the headset that does not connect with the case open, disconnect the cable, so that it can charge only with the base, if this does not work, try resetting them, or reinstalling the Galaxy Wearable app, greetings.

I can't reset them because I need both to connect to my phone but only the left 1 does

@robbo34 ,To reset them do the following.
1.Press and hold the Galaxy Wearable app icon.
2.When the pop-up menu appears, select Application Information.
3.In the application settings, choose Storage usage.
4.Tap Clear data and Clear cache.

@robbo34 ,Have you deleted the data? If you have deleted the data, you must pair the buds again.

Do both buds charge seperatly?

@robbo34 - 1. Place both buds in the charging case for 10-15 seconds, then place them back in your ears.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the connected mobile device for around 20 seconds then re-enable it. 
3. Open the Galaxy Wearables app > About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds

If the issue persists then I recommend visiting a Samsung Support Centre where an engineer can inspect the buds for you. To find your nearest one please check this link https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/, select 'Mobile Device > Phones, Tablets and Wearables' and enter your post code. 

 

@Stewalker - You can charge the Buds independently in the case.
