When i wiill get my Galaxy Buds and Smart tag i have sammsung s21 ultra!

I recived the phone on 29th of Januari!

I don't want to make a new post about this but same as OP. I'm confused, if you ordered via online do you get it sent without needing to confirm? because I did go through the confirmation process and it failed... would be nice to know

If you ordered direct from Samsung you don't need to claim - they'll send it directly to you. If you ordered from a 3rd party you'll need to claim. Ordering direct - Your imei will already be registered against a claim for the accessories, I guess that's why it may have failed (assuming you ordered dirct)
