Hi everyone, anyone else been waiting ages for a delivery form samsung?
I bought a new S21 Ultra in October and made my claim for some Galaxy buds pro was told they would take upto 45 days to be delivered day 58 now and no sign of them. Sent an email to Samsung and was told they were having Technical issues 🙄 was half expecting the Covid excuse TBH.

It might be beneficial to call the Online Shop Team who'll possibly check with the promotions team.

Covid-19 certainly has had many points of impact on distribution etc but also the time of year will be too @JimC234
