free galaxy buds with s21 ultra

I have just bought the s21 ultra but can't seem to figure out how to claim the free buds. It says to go to this app but can't find what to do next? Anybody know? Thanks

I had to contact Samsung direct and they sent me an up to date link. that was for the s20+

if you click on the benefits tab it'll have a section on how to claim your Ear buds and Smart Tag

are you using your s21 ultra, the options will only show if you use the s21 ultra phone
