My mistake it was the 3rd of March when i Claim. I even attached the invoice..

@JosephineBennett21: You would have been required to make your claim via the Benefits section of the Samsung Members app, or via our website at https://20203.samsungpromotions.claims/galaxys21buds/en-GB
Please be aware however that the final claim date for this promotion is the 27th March 2021, or 30 days from your purchase date, therefore if you have not yet submitted your claim then it can no longer be accepted.
