Has anyone had there claim validated? 

Me and my partner done ours together and his has been validate and dispatched but mine hasn't. 

Slightly frustrating as I used headphones more than him.

Assume yous bought the phone from carriers e.g. Vodafone etc. I bought mine from Samsung and selected the earliest date (29th). The phone was delivered on 28th with all the pre-order gifts in the box, I did not have to put a separate claim

to be honest I don't want the phone unless it comes with the ear buds as I need them and refuse to pay £150++ for a set
