Has anyone had there claim validated? 

Me and my partner done ours together and his has been validate and dispatched but mine hasn't. 

Slightly frustrating as I used headphones more than him.

once you have made your claim it may take up to a month and a half for your claim to appear with you. they will contact you soon via email

i did myn yesterday and just got a message saying we got your claim we will be in touch within 7 days thats all i have got, getting worried though because alot of people had theres verified within an hour

did mine earlier and actually had the validation within a minute of submitting the claim!!

yeah my claim was validated about 2 minutes after completing the form

You need to open the Samsung Member  app and you can claim through the app 😁
