It depends when you purchased it. If it was a preorder you get the buds live and the smart tag. EE was doing an xbox pass bundle. If you purchased after release I believe its just the buds live. Hope this helps 🙂
I think preorders were before the 29th Jan. If you had an email from Samsung you can go back into the form and track your claim. I had a text message too saying my claim was successful but it can take up to 45 days to send them out to you.
