Hey all, 

If you've had to make a claim for free budz and tag has anyone recieved them yet? 

We've still not had a dispatched email yet.

says on mine up to 45 days from my claim date been 15 days

I have the tracker for my free gifts but all it says it can take upto 45 days

go to the home page on samsung members on your phone. there are two claim type features there depending when you bought your phone

I received a text message from Samsung firstly to confirm the claim and a follow up text to confirm success of the claim and to advise I will receive buds within 45 days.
I very much doubt you'll be waiting 45 days, last claim I made on the S20 last year was only 2 weeks.
