I have washed my phone with water and then It happens that I now got thick fog in all my camera lenses how can I fix it.

Hopefully it will dissipate @Gabrielmiron 

Put the phone in an airing cupboard or use the rice method to see if that'll help.

A Samsung Service Centre can help but if water has gotten inside they may levy a charge.
