Firmware/Security Patch not updating

I just bought a S21 Ultra but I  cannot update the software. It is still on the 1 May 2021 security patch. 

The CSC is as follows: 

Service provider software version
SAOMC_SM-G998B_OXM_BTU_RR_0011
BTU/BTU,BTU/EUX/TMH

How can this be resolved? Do I need to return the phone?

Hi, it appears that CSC code (TMH) is for Hungary so it will not update over the air. Smart Switch for PC would allow you to do this manually.

Hello everybody!

I'm in the same situation right now, same device, same CSC code and no automatic updates. I installed smart switch on my computer, but no new updates are detected when I plug in my phone. 

Could you maybe explain, how I can manually update the firmware using smart switch, or link an accurate tutorial doing so? Your help is highly appreciated!
