Fingerprint sensor

Is anybody having problems scanning their fingerprints on S21? Mine keeps telling me to make sure finger covers sensor

Have you toggled the button that increases the screen sensitivity?

Make sure to add more then one finger print. Adding 2 of the same finger really helps.

Give the screen a clean
And make sure your phone is not in direct sunlight

Oh that's not good if its not working to let you register. Is it new? Have you manage to have it register and work at all since you got the phone?.

Yes it is new & have nt been able to register a print at all 😔😔

I would contact the place of purchase. It should work sounds like maybe you have a faulty one and needs replacing.

Hey @CazGall sometimes there is a very thin plastic film applied on top of the factory installed screen protector, did you already remove it? Also, you can try removing the pre-installed screen protector altogether and see if that helps.
